Since 2008 WEICON Inc. has been taking care of our customers in North America.
At WEICON, we develop, produce and distribute specialty chemical products for all areas of industry. These include special adhesives and sealants, technical sprays, high-performance assembly pastes and greases for production, repair, maintenance and servicing. In addition to chemical products, we develop and produce high-quality electrician’s stripping tools, 100% made in Germany.
We are extremely proud of our international orientation with ten branches worldwide, over 1,200 trading partners and more than 300 employees. The company headquarters are located in Münster, Germany.
You are responsible for
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Technical understanding of our chemo-technical products and stripping tools
  • 80% working time is in the field (driving and at customer sites)
Your profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably within industrial sector
  • Knowledge and understanding of adhesives and techno-chemical products beneficial
  • Ability to identify, qualify and close accounts.
  • Fluency in English. Additional languages preferable.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and presentation skills
  • Willingness to continuous training
  • Valid G-Class Canadian driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Your competencies
  • Past experiences meeting sales targets
  • Intermediate level skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous experience with ERP software
  • Self-directed, resourceful, motivated, results oriented
  • Solid Customer service skills and excellent at building relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications and relationship management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure
  • Sound judgment and decision making ability
Hours of Work
  • Full-time, Mon. – Fri.
